Do not Quit!!!

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will

When the road you are trudging seems uphill

When the funds are low and debts are high

And you want to smile but have to sigh

When all is pressing you down a bit

Rest if you must, but do not quit

Success is failure turned inside out

And you can never tell how close you are

It may be near when it seems far

So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit

It’s when things go wrong that you must not quit.

 2020 is almost over... it has been the hardest year ever, right??? What got us through??? Resilience maybe??? Resilience is the ability to handle and recover from stressful situations and crises. It is not simply coping with adversity, but to experience growth and flowering, finding meaning and purpose, experiencing self-awareness and to tasting life in all its flavours. Remember, resilience is not about overcoming but becoming...  As already mentioned, it has been the hardest year ever.... So stop... Yeah, JUST STOP FOR A MOMENT.... THINK and REFLECT....  Remind yourself that you did your best and that is all you could do. Pause. Take it all in, the good and the bad... Acknowledge your losses... But more importantly, acknowledge what you are grateful for. As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. John F. Kennedy Stop making things not work for you. Stop looking for reasons why it doesn’t work or why it will never work for you, instead figure out a way to make good things happen to you. Whenever we try to make changes in our lifestyle, sometimes we doubt ourselves that maybe we can’t do it or it isn’t suitable for us. Why does this happen? It isn’t because of fear but because we don’t believe in ourselves. We aren’t confident enough to keep pushing through to do things we should. We are complacent about our dreams… No idea will work for every single person, but a lot of them can work for most people as long as you believe that you can make them work.
